Platinum Homes is working on a new residential home concept that is truly extraordinary and unique. We are a builder in a completely sustainable and LEED Gold Certified housing development called Wildpointe located in Elizabeth, Colorado. This “green community” features 110 homes that will be so technologically advanced that we guarantee your home will have absolutely no heating, cooling, or hot water operating costs.
The community will utilize integrated systems consisting of geo-thermal heat pumps, solar, photovoltaic (PV) and wind technologies all working together!
